Moto G next gen vs Redmi 1s

Redmi 1s recently entered the Indian market with a bang 40K handsets selling in seconds and now motorola refreshed its hot selling Moto G incorporating whats customers want bigger screen and and sd card so which one to go for . Both are powered by snapdragon 400 processors and they have similar specks . Moto G offers a bigger screen which is slightly better and two front facing  stereo speakers . Both have similar cameras in front and back both have fixed focused front cams and 8MP rear cams.

Yes Redmi costs just 5999 you are getting almost all similar specification phone as Moto G but at less than half the price and that's an advantage which is unmatched . But some of the users have complained about software problems and heating issue and some of the issues are getting sorted by recent updates . Moto G seems to be stable on software front and it will get and android L update . So which one should you go for, if you are ready to tinkler with your phone and dont wnat to spend much its the Redmi , if you dont mind to spend bit higher on the bigger screen and a  stable OS go for the  Moto G .
